As she does so, Evils come flying out into the room. PANDEMONIUM ensues, as the wedding guests are afflicted with greed, vanity, pride, and other nasty things. Pandora sees what's going on, and finally manages to slam the lid shut. The guests immediately return to normal, and are unaware that something very strange just happened to them. Pandora is the only one who remembers, but she doesn't understand it at all. When she asks the guests if they saw what came out of the box, the Evils overcome them, and they begin to tease her and shout at her, each of them finding a sudden desire to have the Box. In a panic, she grabs the Box and runs out of the house. as the guests run after her, Zeus emerges. He, too, is panicking. She wasn't supposed to see the Evils! He determines that he must find her, find out what she saw, and get the Box back. The Greek Chorus comments that CURIOSITY WILL DO THAT TO YA.
