The new arrival explains that he is Fafa, son of Fafa. His father sent him to help the them. Ol' Manbo laughs at the Islanders for believing that this person is actually a god. Fafa says he can prove it by using magic, but thunder and lightning from the skies above remind him that the one condition his father put on allowing him to come down was no magic! They need swords to fight the Pirates, and Fafa says that he will distract George and the pirates, whilst Cuffee and Quashie sneak aboard the pirate ship and steal their swords.
